Shipping Policy


Orders are usually processed within 1 to 6 working days. Delivery duration (from the date of dispatch) is as follows:

Rest of South India

2 to 3 working days

North India

2 to 4 working days

East & West India

4 to 5 working days


5 to 7 working days

 Above mentioned timeline is the standard duration & Vishakha is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities.


Once order is dispatched from our facility, a shipping confirmation mail will be automatically triggered. It contains the tracking information for every order.


We ship only through reputed courier agencies. All domestic orders will be shipped through Bluedart. For pincodes not covered under Bluedart, we ship through India Post’s speed post services.

All international orders are dispatched through DHL.


Delivery would attempt delivery 2 or 3 times depending on your availability at the address, however, this is purely under the discretion of the courier partner and Vishakha does not have control over it. We request you to kindly be available at the time of delivery or ensure someone is available to collect the package once it arrives.

In cases where a delivery has failed, due to unavailability of the receiver or incorrect/incomplete address:

  1. Packages might be retained at the respective courier office for individuals to visit and self-pick up the packages.


  1. Packages might be returned back to the sender (RTO – Return to Origin). In such cases, we can always re-ship the packages however, return (RTO) and re-shipping charges are to be borne by the customer only. Options for refund/cancellation are not applicable for such orders.

NOTE: We do not ship in times of natural calamities or any unprecedented events either in our location or at the buyer’s location. Orders to such areas will be shipped only when the situation improves. This is done to ensure that your order is safe even when it is dispatched from our place.


All orders will begin processing as soon as it is received and we do not have a cancellation policy. Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled.

We do not have return policy, over issues stating colour, minor defects or finish mismatch. All images & description are true to the actual product.


All products are true to the color & finishing as on the website and none of the images are edited/altered by any means. Returns/exchanges in terms of product finishing/color is not applicable. Product dimensions are also mentioned in the product description so that you can make an informed decision at the time of purchase. If need more info on a particular product, you can always mail us at [email protected] or message us on our Instagram profile.

Each package travels distances to reach the customer, thus we ensure safe packaging of the product assuring no damage during transit. Products will be adequately bubble-wrapped to avoid friction/movement of any kind and packed in sturdy boxes which will stay intact throughout transit.

Please be assured that we take utmost care while packing each order, despite which if you see any damages, kindly email us with your order number, details of stated damage and unboxing video of the package on [email protected], within 24 hours from the receipt of the package.

NOTE: In case of stones falling out or earrings stem being bent, kindly restore them using glue/force. This is not considered as a defect/damage. At times, earrings stems are bent in order to ensure safety during transit.


Unboxing or package opening videos are required when a customer report receiving a damaged product. Unboxing videos are strictly required to start from the opening of the very outer cover, without cuts/pauses/edits/tampering of the video. This is required because the products go through 3 rounds of quality-checks before dispatch & with our evolved methods of packaging we guarantee 0% transit damages.

NOTE: Unboxing videos must start right from the opening of the outer package (Black/white mail bag) and the video should not be cut/paused/edited at any cost, failing which we shall not address the issue. Without a proper unboxing video, we shall not proceed to address your claims. The very purpose of an unboxing video is to confirm that you have received the product in such condition and hence the damage needs to be clearly shown in the video.

Once we confirm the claim and agree to exchange, we would send a replacement product of your order to the same address only, within 6 days from the date of receipt. Tracking details of which will be emailed back to your ID.  If the same product is unavailable, a coupon code will be provided which can be redeemed at future purchases with Vishakha.

flauntvishakha does not have a reverse pickup facility and customers are required to courier the agreed products. For domestic orders, Rs. 80/- will be refunded towards return shipping (even when the actual charges are lower or higher than Rs. 80/-). Refund of Rs. 80/- will be initiated to the source account once the return is received at our facility.

Please note that we cannot swap the product in question with a new product.

We DO NOT have returns/exchange, but if in case of return, you will be responsible for paying for           your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

NOTE: In case of return, kindly note that the refund will only be processed if the product(s) is returned in a proper condition, excluding the defects claimed at the time of return. If there are additional defects apart from those that were first mentioned, refund will not be processed.
